Fuego Mango Margarita

From the Madison Beach Hotel in Madison, this cocktail is the perfect blend of Herradura infused with jalapeños, Cointreau, pineapple, mango, agave, and Luxardo.
Ingredients
2 oz Herradura Blanco (infused with jalapeño peppers)
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Pineapple
1 oz Mango Juice
1 oz Agave Nectar
Luxardo Juice Float
Instructions
Build in iced shaker, add Tequila, Pineapple, Mango, roll and dump cocktail into highball, then add Luxardo float. Garnish with an orange twist.
Note: A float is a bartending technique where a liquor or ingredient is layered at the top of a drink.
