Solstice

The perfect place to gather with friends.  

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Real McCoy rum 

3/4 oz Aperol 

3/4 oz housemade orange syrup 

1 oz chai concentrate 

1/2 oz lemon juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients over ice and shake well. Pour into a tulip glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and wedge of lemon.
