Join us for a beautiful fall day by the beach at the Madison Beach Hotel’s Annual Fall Festival & Marketplace on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This free, family-friendly event features live music by LOVEFOX, artisan & crafter stalls, kids’ activities, trick-or-treating, and a special appearance by the South African penguins from Mystic Aquarium (12-1 p.m.). Food and beverages will be available for purchase — no outside food or drink please. Bring friends, enjoy the scenery, and explore unique local goods. Registration is encouraged but not required.
