On Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, diners will experience a one-night-only culinary event as Chef Jordan Rubin of Mr. Tuna and Chef David Standridge of The Shipwright’s Daughter team up for a special Green Crab Dinner Cruise aboard the historic Sabino Steamboat in Mystic, Connecticut.
Part of Green Crab Week, the event features a multi-course tasting menu inspired by the invasive green crab, showcasing how thoughtful, sustainable cuisine can help combat ecological challenges. Guests will enjoy this innovative meal while cruising the Mystic River at sunset aboard the nation’s oldest coal-powered steamboat.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit greencrab.org, supporting environmental efforts to reduce the impact of invasive species through culinary action.
