Run or walk the 5k. The flat, family-friendly course runs in East Rock Park. All ages and skill levels welcome. Kids run. Celebrate after the are with food, refreshments, music and more.

The event benefits Teen Challenge CT, a life-changing residential recovery program providing a faith-filled approach for helping those struggling with life-controlling problems transform their lives.
