Runners Workshop at The Kula Project

Save the date! On Saturday, August 18th, our in-house running expert Shelby will be leading a fun and informative yoga workshop made for runners. 

GROUP RUN:
9:30-10am (optional if you would like a trade run prior to the workshop)

YOGA WORKOUT: 
10-11am. Shelby will lead a yoga flow that emphasizes the main problem areas for runners (shoulders, hips, and hamstrings). We also will work on core/back strengthening, and stabilization in the ankles.
