Ohana Flow at The Kula Project

  • The Kula Project 37 Water Street Mystic, CT 06355 (map)

Ohana means family (in all sense of the terms, extended, blood-related, adoptive, friends who are family) and here at The Kula Project, we want to give you the opportunity to flow alongside your children, the youngest of your Ohana,  with our Ohana Flow.

Once a month we will be offering the Ohana Flow, a class filled with yoga poses called for adults but geared with children in mind to follow alongside. Infants are welcome to share the mat with their caregiver, all other children ages 2-12 will have a mat of their own. Each adult and child alike will be offered a mini drink-of-the-day after the flow from The Kula Project's Juice Bar.

60 minutes. Non-heated.

$20 per adult, $10 per child (ages 2-12)  includes juice sample after class
