Yale Youth Hockey

The Shoreline Sharks
For the girls who want to show the boys how it’s done, The Shoreline Sharks is a must. One of the premier girls-only hockey programs in the state, they focus on empowering young female athletes to love the sport. From learning to skate to advanced competition, this is the place where girls rule the rink. If your daughter has even the slightest interest in hockey, the Sharks will make sure she falls in love with the game.

Greater New Haven Warriors

College Hockey: Where Connecticut Shines

NEW HAVEN
Yale Hockey
Ah, Yale hockey. A program rich in tradition, and their men's team won the NCAA championship in 2013. Watching a game at the iconic Ingalls Rink, aka the "Yale Whale," is an experience in itself. STORRS
University of Connecticut
UCONN’s hockey program has been on the rise in recent years, especially after joining the Hockey East conference. The Toscano Family Ice Forum is a state-of-the-art 2,600-seat ice hockey arena on the Storrs campus. The arena opened in January 2023. UCONN is serious about its hockey, and their games always bring the energy—perfect for little hockey fans to soak in the fast pace of college-level play.
NORTHFORD
Quinnipiac University
The Quinnipiac Bobcats are consistently ranked among the top teams in college hockey, and for good reason. Their men's team has made several appearances in the NCAA tournament and even claimed a national title in 2023.
